All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, followed by another email containing tracking information when your order ships.

 

  1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to customers worldwide. Our fulfillment centers and delivery partners enable us to offer global coverage.

Please note:

  • Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer.
  • Some countries may have import restrictions on certain items. In such cases, we’ll notify you and provide possible solutions.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — such offers will be clearly displayed on our website or marketing materials.

 

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your local government.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees upon receipt of their orders.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

If your tracking information does not update within 5 days, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

  1. Delays and Delivery Issues

We strive to ensure your package arrives on time. However, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Courier service disruptions

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you updated.

 

  1. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

If you wish to cancel an undelivered order, we will refund the product cost (excluding the original shipping fee).

 

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • For damaged items, provide clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • For lost packages, allow us to verify tracking and coordinate with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.

 

  1. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
